Occasional concierge work

We let our flat in Bermondsey St through airbnb (internet based accommodation booking service) at weekends and holiday periods.
We need someone who lives locally to check the flat before and after bookings and answer queries from guests. Occasionally you may be called out to the flat(and we would pay you for an hour). Most work is by email so you need to check emails regularly and be happy to give out your mobile number.

We use the flat as a training/coaching space in the week. We live in Somerset so are not around at weekends.
