Processing bookings, taking payments and dealing with all customer service up until (and then after) they sail with us.

All clerical tasks will be expected including emailing, word processing, excel, diary management, general enquiries, skyping.

Organising crew, boats and operations for all sailings.

The role is office based, and you’ll be working from the London RIB Voyages head office at London Waterloo.

We’re looking for a loyal, enthusiastic team player who will work well within our dynamic team.

A quick thinking, self-motivated new addition who is more than capable of using their own initiative.

The successful candidate will need to be available to start from mid to late March and able to work from April through to October.
