Support Worker

We are looking for Support workers for the Lambeth, Greenwich and Croydon Area.
As part of the Community Team you will provide excellent stardards of person centred support to our clients.
Assist clients with acquired brain injuries access activities and opportunities in the community and support independent living.

NVQ level 2
6 months experience
Enhanced CRB
Able to work alone
Drivers preferred
