We have an opportunity for a conscientious Receptionist to join our team and provide a professional front of house service as well as administrative support and assistance in our Waterloo office.
You will be required to take clear and accurate telephone messages, assist with general administrative tasks and organise meetings. Other duties include managing petty cash and post, ordering couriers and arranging recycling collections.
The successful candidate will undertake reception duties and welcome visitors with a friendly attitude. With experience of working in a busy office environment, you will be well spoken and presentable with good written communication skills. The ideal person will be proficient in using a range of office equipment and be able to use Word and the Internet. You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload against deadlines.
