The Customer Resolution Support Officer is responsible for providing excellent administrative support to meet the requirements of the Customer Resolution Team. It is a challenging and varied role, and is best suited to someone who has excellent communication and organisational skills.

The role will be the essential first point of contact into the team and will be responsible for providing a consistent and professional high level of customer service at all times.

The role will also involve processing financial orders and invoices; interrogating IT systems to retrieve information; maintaining databases and filing systems; telephone answering, organising meetings and taking minutes and processing confidential and sensitive customer information for a number of services.

The Customer Support Officer will be working in a highly functional team, which operates across a number of services, therefore the ability to be a good team player and form effective working relationships is vital.
