The role concerns the complete administration of the property management area of our portfolio. This includes raising service charge demands, paying suppliers via BACS, reconciling bank statements, managing debtors, producing end of year service charge accounts and helping formulate budgets.
Extensive and demonstrable working knowledge of QUBE is essential, along with good computer skills in Word and Excel. You must be able to prioritise work and be able to achieve results within deadlines.
The ability to fit into a small (but friendly) team is a required.
