About this role

Play a key role in the delivery of all corporate communications to promote Better Bankside services to a range of stakeholders.

Support the Communications and Marketing Manager to market the area's attractions, events venues and festivals to a global audience, raising the profile of Bankside as a world class tourist destination

Support activities that engage local employees including managing the BUZZ employee discounts scheme.

Person description

For this role, we are looking for someone with excellent written and oral communication skills who is highly organised and able to use their initiative and creativity to engage a range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in a marketing role, will have used social media in a professional context and will have some knowledge of monitoring and evaluating marketing activities.

About Better Bankside

Better Bankside is a Business Improvement District (BID) in Southwark, London. Its job is to make Bankside a thriving place to work, live and visit. Better Bankside was formally established in 2005 and was the third BID in the UK, the second in London and the first south of the river.
