About this role
For our new refurbished and successful bar -Grill house we seek a strong waitress / waiter that can take over the restaurant supervision from the Restaurant Manager.
We are a young Team with enthusiastic staff member and a big regular clientele.
Our food is made fresh and a la minute .......from our awarded Chef .
Person description
We seek
Years experiences in the food service and guest Management
Natural leadership expressed in experience and not in verbal force
Knowledge of food and wines and reservation management.
Stock listing and Order experiences
Being able to guide our young team to the next level.

We have a lounge Bar - pool Center - Fine dining Grill house , all fresh prepared and authentic recipes
And we have a night Club
The Head Chef is a 4x rewarded Chef from the Yachting world
