We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, career motivated SOUS CHEF with a good work ethic to be part of our brigade. The cooking focuses on International dishes created using the best of local produce.
Our head chef , award winning Chef ....would love to guide the right person to become a leader in the culinary art ...and take control of kitchen when he is off.

We are a young team .......our company is now running successful 6 months and we need a
Sous Chef that loves food as we do
that has experience in small kitchens
knowledge of fine kitchen and can work with fresh ingredients
we cook Escoffier style ...no tins or factory food

we are a multi functional company with lounge bar-pool center - fine dining / grill house and a night club
