We are seeking an organised, self-motivated Administrator with relevant experience who can provide full time support to our company and help with its continued growth.
Reporting primarily to the Operations Manager, but also working closely with Directors, providing support across the Company with general administration as well as providing Customer Service and support to our team of engineers.
This role will be varied and would suit someone with experience in a similar role in a similar size company and who has worked with Outlook, Word and Excel.
This is a very hands on role so we are looking for someone who can make this job their own, use initiative and work closely with the whole team in providing a quality service to all our customers.
We are looking for an an individual who can demonstrate ambition and drive necessary to make a difference to our Company.
A clear and polite telephone manner is essential as well as strong communication skills, both verbally and with written correspondence.
We require a reliable team player that is happy to assist where needed yet make the job their own.
Essential Requirements:
• Admin experience

• Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
• Sage experience is desirable but not essential
• Good written and spoken communication
