Cleaner

• To be responsible for delivering an excellent cleaning service of all communal areas within Styles House and the TMO office. Carrying out duties to a high standard with or without supervision.

• To comply with health and safety requirements and report health and safety issues to the TMO Manager

• To clean void properties for relet.

• To put residents at the heart of the service, to provide information about the TMO’s activities and assist in making Styles House a plea

• Previous cleaning experience
• Experience of working with residents or the public
• Able to use initiative and carry out duties to a high standard with or without supervision.
• Experience of complying with health and safety requirements, working with COSSH materials and reporting health and safety issues to management
• Must have good communication skills and literacy skills in English

Styles Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) manages a small estate of 56 tenanted and leasehold properties. The TMO fosters a sense of community between residents and with neighbouring residents and businesses. The TMO runs the estate office and employs a manager who manages this post.
