Dragon Cafe Seeks Freelance Kitchen Team Lead

Approximately 15hrs per week contract at a flat fee of £180 – exact timings vary but approximate spread over Saturday (1 hour), Sunday (1 hour), Monday (10.5hours) and Wednesday (2 – 3 hours). Needs to have knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable adults. Food business and/or events experience in a leadership position and a flexible positive attitude essential.

Essential
Knowledge and experience of working with volunteers
Knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable adults
Knowledge and experience of managing a kitchen and/or cafe/food events
Knowledge and Experience of financial reporting and cash handling
Relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene certificates
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a closely knit team
Creative, adaptable and flexible with a "can do" attitude

Desirable
Knowledge and experience of social networking and marketing
Personal experience of mental illness and recovery
