£8 - £11.50 per hour
Flexible hours
• Answering the phone to clients regarding their waste and recycling collections and accurately editing and booking jobs on the database.
• Dealing with other queries from clients via phone and email.
• Talking to clients about additional services we offer when appropriate.
• Liaising via phone with drivers regarding collections.
• Other relevant duties as requested.
BPR Group is looking for a highly efficient, people orientated individual to join their Customer Service and Account Management Team on a part time basis.
Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years experience working in an office
• An interest in the environment
• Excellent verbal communications skills
• Good written communications skills
• Competent use of Microsoft Office software.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
