Property search co-ordinator

The Goodlife Centre is looking for a property search co-ordinator to spearhead the search for new workshop premises within SE1.

Reporting to the head of centre twice per week, you will use your own initiative to grow our database of estate agent contacts and become the key contact for each one. You will also independently search for properties, creating a short-list of suitable properties and arrange viewings, liaising between agents and the centre.

Whilst property experience is not essential, being self-motivated, well-organized and having excellent written,Excel, internet and telephone skills are a prerequisite. There is scope to work remotely.

The Goodlife Centre is a practical learning space in Webber Street, Waterloo. We teach short, high quality, practical courses in woodwork, upholstery, DIY and home furnishings.
