Personal Assistant/Nanny (Ref DC: 002/A.I)

About this role

Shifts available: Monday to Friday: 12 hours a day / Saturday- Sunday 3.75 hours each day
Weekly hours: 67.5 (To be split between 2 people)
Rate of pay: £9.15 per hour

Energetic and organised person required to support a Southwark resident to care for her children and her home.

I suffer from severe chronic pelvic girdle pain (PPG) and severe osteoarthritis which means that I have limited mobility and I am often housebound. I need support to care for my young children and my home. I also require support to follow an intensive rehabilitation programme to enable me to recover strength and independence. The role will involve personal care, housework, and shared and sole care of two young children.

The ideal candidate must have experience for at least 2 years working with adults and children, Level 2 or 3 (Adults) Diploma in Health and Social Care and level 3 (Children’s Care Learning and Development) is preferred but not essential. Driving license is desirable.
