As the first point of contact, our Help Desk Team are responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and reliable service in person, by phone and written correspondence to staff, users of the Coin Street neighbourhood centre and all those enquiring about Coin Street Group (CSG) products and services.
The Centre is open from 7am - 9.30pm seven days a week. We are looking for someone to work flexible hours, including weekends but principally you will be required to work Monday to Wednesday 1pm to 9.30pm, Thursday and Friday 10.30am to 7pm and Saturdays on rotation. Closing times are dependent on site activities. The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
•Previous experience in a similar role
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Excellent time management and organisational skills
•Ability to coordinate multiple tasks

Coin Street Community Builders (CSCB) is a not-for-profit social enterprise and development trust responsible for developing and managing a significant part of London’s South Bank.
