About this role

We are looking for a committed event administrator to provide administrative support to a busy commercial team in order to maintain an effective and efficient working environment.

The Commercial team is responsible for income generation and business growth through sourcing occupants for our commercial units and clients for our venues. The Commercial team deliver over 600 events from our venues and are continually building partnerships and liaising with key stakeholders across the South Bank areas.

Person description

•Minimum one year’s experience in a busy diverse environment, preferably within sales or events industry

•Excellent time management and planning skills

•Experience in a customer facing role both telephone, written and face to face

•Ability to liaise with individuals at all levels

•Strong organisational, administrative and IT skills

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

About Coin Street Community Builders

Coin Street Community Builders is a social enterprise and development trust responsible for developing and managing a significant part of London’s South Bank. The 13 acre estate includes designer-maker studios, exhibition and conference spaces, cafes, bars and restaurants, parks, the riverside walkway, award winning co-operative housing and a family and children’s centre. Coin Street also provides a wide programme of community activities.
