£10 per hour
Your responsibilities will include the delivery of a high quality youth club to develop young people’s social and emotional capabilities and improve the health, wellbeing and resilience of young people and enhance community cohesion through fun, challenging and educational activities at a weekly youth club for young people age 8-12 years. The Youth Club takes place on Wednesdays 6.00pm-7:30pm, term time only.
We are looking for a responsible, energetic and enthusiastic youth worker who can interact easily with young people. You must prioritise their safety and respect for each other as well as creating a fun environment. You will have a positive attitude and share the CSCB values along with communication skills, patience, reliability, commitment, and a sense of fun.
We are seeking an experienced youth worker who is committed to working with young people and colleagues to create an excellent and fun, yet educational environment for young people. The successful candidate will have youth work experience, good communication skills and a passion for and an understanding of young people’s needs.
This role is perfect for anyone with relevant qualifications and a proven track-record of youth work or for teachers or student teachers who are looking for additional evening work,
