Salary c£30,000 per annum, 37.5 hours per week

Fixed term position 9 months with possibility to extend

Groundwork London is a social and environmental regeneration charity, working with partners to build sustainable communities where individuals and enterprise prosper.

In partnership with the London Community Resource Network, we are delivering the LIFE+ funded Repurpose project: an exciting and innovative furniture and appliance reuse project. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape five pilot reuse operations and see them through from inception stage to establishing a viable social enterprise.

Leading a team of Reuse Coordinators, Assistants and volunteers, you will perform a pivotal in the project, managing the operations of the hubs. You will be experienced in social enterprise, project logistics, coordination and familiar with monitoring and reporting systems.

You will need motivation, intuition, enthusiasm and extensive experience of leading a team across multiple sites. You will also possess an understanding of reuse and recycling, an ability to work on your own initiative, be target driven and demonstrate empathy with the residents.
