Oasis Charitable Trust is looking for After School Club Supervisor to work at the Oasis Playspace, a dedicated fully equipped children’s centre located in Waterloo. The Oasis Playspace is part of the Oasis Hub Waterloo team, which serves Oasis Academy Johanna, Oasis Academy South Bank as well as a variety of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community.
The commitment and enthusiasm of the After School Club workers are key to Oasis opening a brand new After School Club (opening 11th April 2016). This is a new project starting up, so you would have the chance to really make your mark and shape the future of the After School Club.
We are looking for people who can:
Plan and deliver a high standard of structured activities for children in our care
Cooperate and play a key part of a newly created team of caring professionals.
Display an understanding of working with others from diverse cultural backgrounds or having disabled and special needs.
Show a willingness of working and engaging with children from Reception to Year 6
Be flexible to work extra hours during summer (e.g. holiday clubs)
Applicants will actively embrace the Christian ethos/values of Oasis. An Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
