About this role

We are looking for a Participation Projects Manager to join our busy and successful theatre. Based on The Cut in Waterloo, we produce around 25 productions each year with brilliant artists both national and international. Recent hits include The Scottsboro Boys, A View From The Bridge & A Streetcar Named Desire, and upcoming shows include Blue/Orange, Cuttin It and A Man of Good Hope.

Our Taking Part Department works with a diverse and extensive range of young people, including young refugees and asylum seekers, young people who are not in education or training, young people with mental health issues, and young people at risk of offending. We are looking for someone who is comfortable engaging with all of these groups, particularly those who are the most vulnerable.

We encourage applicants from different backgrounds with different experiences, skills and stories to join us and influence and develop our working practice. We are particularly keen to hear from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) and disabled candidates. All disabled candidates who demonstrate that they meet the essential criteria will be invited for an interview.

Salary: £27,800
