This is Maternity Cover starting in November 2007 for at least six months.

Bankside Open Spaces Trust is a small and energetic organization working with communities near London Bridge.

We need somebody special to ensure the smooth running of the organization for six – ten months, and work on projects for long term sustainability during this period of crucial activity. The organisation is welcoming this as a chance to work with someone with distinctly complimentary skills and knowledge to that held by the existing Director.

Person description

This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy and learn from the experience of leading a small energetic organisation for a short duration. It might for example, suit a secondment from a senior management position in a charity, development trust, or council department, or an executive job seeker intending to widen their work experience before a permanent return to work, it would be particularly appropriate for an individual with sound business experience hoping to break into management in the charitable or environmental sector.
