We are looking for an energetic, bubbly and committed Administrative Assistant to join our busy and creative Sales & Commercial team. You will work closely with the Commercial Director’s Executive Assistant and provide top notch administrative support across the team.
The Commercial team is responsible for income generation and business growth through sourcing occupants for our commercial units and clients for our venues. The Commercial team deliver over 600 events from our venues and are continually building partnerships and liaising with key stakeholders across the South Bank areas.
The successful person will possess the following:
•Excellent attention to detail
•Confidence and be professional and articulate in dealings both internally and directly with clients
•Computer literacy, including solid IT skills and ability to pick up software quickly and effectively
•Excellent time management and planning skills
•Natural team player
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organisational and administrative skills
