To provide assistance with finance, marketing, invoicing, client liaison, studio management and maintenance:
Assisting with logistics of collections and deliveries of artworks
Purchase ledger and sales ledger invoice processing
Bookkeeping and data entry
Filing and document management
Answering phones and meeting and greeting visitors
Purchasing office supplies
Diary management
Special events support
IT coordinator
Sending and coordinating deliveries via couriers and post office
Basic cataloguing with some database and website management
Daily management of studio space
We are looking for someone very organised and clear thinking with excellent written and spoken skills. Must have a strong ability to multi-task and learn new skills with excellent attention to detail.
We request a knowledge of basic bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel, a knowledge of Filemaker would be preferred but not essential.
This is a lovely job for a savvy, level-headed and organised individual who is looking for a role to utilise administration and communication skills.
