£16,000 - £20,000 p.a. dependent on experience
Full-Time 40 hours p.w. We would consider part-time - 30 hours p.w. with pay pro rata.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Administrator to support the PA/Office Manager in ensuring a high quality of service for our clients and creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for them. Duties include reception and refreshments for our clients and liaison with them and their PAs, day-to-day running of the office, ensuring best value supplies, health and safety, diary management, basic finance functions and other administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will be a trustworthy, committed and conscientious individual, who understands confidentiality, and has a passion for people and customer service. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure, with a willingness to learn are essential. We are seeking a positive ‘can do’ attitude and the confidence to be proactive and work efficiently both independently and collaboratively. An empathic nature, professional style and punctuality are important.
We will consider experienced people and those beginning their careers, who want to learn how to run an office and gain basic bookkeeping skills. Training on the job will be given and we will support your development, whatever stage you are at.
