Morley College London is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of its building and maintenance services. Job responsibilities will include leading a small in-house team, overseeing out-sourced contracts and acting as the College’s Health and Safety lead.
Applicants should have proven experience of working in a busy, customer-focused environment, as well as the ability to oversee a broad range of planned and reactive maintenance. Excellent people skills and budgetary management are essential for this role.
