Small Natural-Health business near London Bridge SE1 requires well-organised, professional and efficient full-time order processor and general administration. Annual salary: 25k – 27k depending on experience.
We are a very small specialist natural-health business based near London Bridge SE1. We require a well-organised, professional and efficient person to process and dispatch customer orders, as well as taking phone calls and providing customer service. An interest in natural health supplements might also be beneficial.
Please note that this only partially a desk-job and that you will be on your feet much of the day as you pack orders and fetch things from cupboards. Also, boxes of stock need to be occasionally moved around (not heavy but will not suit everyone).
The successful candidate will have all the following:
• Fluent in spoken and written English (absolutely essential)
• Attention to detail (very organized and systematic)
• Computer-literate (Microsoft Windows environment + accounting software + franking machines)
• Good with numbers, percentages and VAT calculations (you will be totaling orders etc.)
• Friendly, courteous and professional phone manner with customers (warmth is very important)
• Available for immediate start
