Part time permanent
We are seeking an administrator experienced in working in an office environment either as a receptionist or an office clerk, for a local independent garage in Blackfriars SE1. You will need to have good computer, written, oral and phone skills. Specific qualifications are not necessary but a standard level of secondary education is expected.
Other attributes sought include good interpersonal skills and an organised disposition. As the job holder is required to deal with customers (mainly on the phone), they will be expected to represent the organisation positively. It is necessary to be able to operate office systems such as email, excel, word-processing, accounting software etc.
The job includes taking phone calls and bookings, data entry and ordering / managing stock of office supplies.
