Part-time. Some flexibility but likely to be four mornings per week 10am-1pm
South of the Border Holdings are looking for a part time PA/office assistant for our small office near Borough tube station.
Duties include:
Respond to telephone & email enquiries
Handle incoming & outgoing mail (this includes an occasional walk to the post office)
Type correspondence & prepare documents (Word, Excel & pdf)
Data input on the accounting system
Manage Petty Cash
Maintain stock of stationery and other office supplies
Maintain and develop current filing systems (electronic & paper)
Skills required:
Experienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
Numerate as you are dealing with the accounts system
Literate as you are dealing with clients by email
Able to work on own initiative
Industry: wine & property
