Grade G Salary £8,817 per annum (20 hours per week, Term Time Only)

The successful applicant will be fully supported and work alongside the Children & Families Development Worker in a newly opened Afterschool Club with responsibility for the day to day running of the Afterschool Club, building relationships with local families, tracking budgets, developing processes and systems and managing support staff.
• Level 3 Childcare Qualification or proven relevant experience and knowledge of legislation in running holistic childcare provision
• Knowledge and understanding of working with others from diverse cultural backgrounds or having disabled and special needs.
• Experience of working and engaging with children from Reception to Year 6
• Experience of managing volunteers
This position is part of the Oasis Hub Waterloo team, which serves Oasis Academy Johanna, Oasis Academy South Bank as well as a variety of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community.
