We’re looking for a very bright and enthusiastic administrator who is experienced in real estate industry who already has a range of skills and experience in marketing and the industry and enjoys working closely in a team. The successful candidate should have a understanding of Social Media Marketing, excellent communication skills and be well organised and have excellent written and spoken English. This position would suit an experienced administrator looking to carry out marketing as well as viewings and have excellent client facing skills.
Marketing and administrator would need to be a graduate in Marketing or Business a related degree and resident in London or surrounding areas.
We are based in London Bridge SE1
The applicant would need excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good organisational skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, results driven and able to work to deadlines.
You should be well presented and have good client facing skills.
Experience with social media is a plus

The role is a permanent role starting immediately.
We have a kitchen which includes microwave and lunch room for your use.The successful candidate would be trained and managed by the directors of the organisation and would report directly to them. The candidate would carry out lead generation and lead fulfilment duties in the real estate agency business and will work closely in a team.
The candidate would be expected to design and produce new collateral, ie brochure, flyers for eshots and emarketing, and enhancing existing websites and social media pages and writing blogs and manage the CRM system. The candidate would also be required to do prospecting by local canvassing be letter, follow up emails for enquiries and emailing applicants. The candidate will also be trained to use and report in the CRM systems in place where all the contacts are entered for easy accessibility and reporting.
The applicant would carry out viewings for lettings mainly, negotiations re offers check outs, inventory and the full spectrum of work from beginning to end.
