The job role entails:
- Greeting clients and customers.
- Replying to emails and answering the phone
- Taking payments
- Managing both electronic and hard copy diaries
- Liaising with practitioners
- Selling products
- Keeping the place clean and tidy
We are looking for a person who has great communication skills and is able to provide excellent customer service to all of our clients and customers. The perfect candidate will need to be organised with attention to detail, be self motivated, reliable, with an ability to prioritise. Problem solving skills are also key for this role.
No previous experience needed.
We are a small clinic/health store based in London Bridge who aim to provide a supportive and comfortable atmosphere for all our clients and customers. We also pride ourselves in being environmentally conscious and strongly belief in supporting the community and other ethical British businesses.
