About Arundel Buildings Housing Co-op

Arundel Buildings is a small self-managed housing co-operative in North Bermondsey. We have 23 flats over 3 floors and an office on the ground floor. We employ a Managing Agent who deals primarily with the legal business of the Co-op including rents and tenancies. Tenants are members of the Co-op and as such have legal responsibility of managing this Co-op. General meetings are held monthly, where we discuss the business of the Co-op and action any work and tasks that need doing. We have five Co-op officers (Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership, and Maintenance) who are elected at our Annual General Meeting every July.
