About this role

We are looking for a friendly, helpful and enthusiastic office services assistant to join our busy office team, providing the first point of contact for all office related matters.

This essential role will take ownership of the general maintenance of the office, along with ensuring a tidy, smooth-running environment, whilst providing additional assistance to the receptionists and client handling teams as required.

Person description

The successful candidate will be efficient, well-organised and friendly, with a hands-on, customer service approach.

The ability to be able to perform administrative duties while also turning their hand to facilities based tasks is key to this role; previous experience demonstrating these would be advantageous.
