£13-14ph net (depending on experience)
Part-time, permanent
We are seeking a German speaking nanny on a part-time basis (9-12 hours per week) to do three school pick-ups a week for two primary school children, starting from September. Pay is £13 - £14ph net, depending on previous relevant experience and some overtime may be available in holidays. Candidates will have to pick up the children, cook a simple meal and keep them entertained till parents get home.
Both home and school are located a short walk from London Bridge station. No driving is required.
Ability to communicate fluently in German, or be a native German speaker, is essential as the children are being raised in a bi-lingual family. Candidates must be great with kids and have previous childcare experience. Candidates must be punctual, reliable and mature and have the right to work in the UK.
Ideally, we would like candidates who can commit to our family for the longer term. The part-time nature of the position may suit a student or someone looking to fit work around other commitments.
We are a lovely family based a short walk from London Bridge station with two boys, aged 4 and 7, who are being raised bi-ligually (German/ English). They love imaginative play, lego, animals and playing with their friends and we're looking for a nanny who can fit into our family, as well as speak to the boys in German when caring for them, to help develop their German speaking language skills. There is plenty to do with kids in this central London location, with a park right, playground and tennis courts right outside the home.
