Customer Services/Help Desk Team member

As the first point of contact for tenants, customers, visitors and others interested in Coin Street products and services, our Customer Services/Help Desk team are responsible for the efficient operation of the reception area, servicing the meeting & conference spaces, and representing the organisation at events. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team to cover our afternoon/evening hours and some weekends.

You will need to demonstrate:
• good communication and customer service skills
• excellent administration and computer skills
• a positive, enthusiastic and flexible approach

We are regularly looking for additional staff to provide support to our Help Desk team during busy periods, sickness and annual leave. So if you are seeking ad hoc or weekend hours, please also contact us on the details below.

Coin Street Community Builders (CSCB) is a not-for-profit social enterprise and development trust responsible for developing and managing a significant part of London’s South Bank. The 13-acre estate includes designer-maker studios, exhibition spaces, cafes, bars and restaurants, parks, the riverside walkway, award winning housing and a regular programme of events and festivals. Our new Coin Street neighbourhood centre brings together our family & children and learning & enterprise support facilities, provides offices for our staff, a neighbourhood cafe, commercial restaurant and extensive conference and meeting facilities. The centre is currently open 7am-9.30pm weekdays and Saturday afternoons.
