Programme Coordinator (Social Clubs)

South London Cares

£26,000

Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

About this role

South London Cares are looking for a creative, confident and versatile Programme Coordinator to join our Social Clubs team, and help us tackle loneliness and isolation in Southwark and Lambeth.

In this role you will design and lead 10-12 social clubs per month – from phone-in conversation clubs to virtual business tours to in-person quizzes. You will shape the Social Clubs programme by forging new community, arts and cultural partnerships.

About South London Cares

South London Cares is a community network reducing loneliness and isolation amongst older and younger people alike; improving the confidence, belonging, purpose and power of all participants; and bringing people together to bridge the gaps across social, generational, digital, cultural and attitudinal divides.

South London Cares is an anti-racist organisation committed to advancing anti-racism and inclusion in our work and in our communities. We particularly welcome applications from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people, who are currently under-represented in our organisation. We are an equal opportunities employer.
