Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator

South London Cares are looking for a new Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator to help us grow and support our network of neighbours, and to tackle loneliness and isolation in Southwark and Lambeth.

In this role, you will lead, plan and deliver South London Cares’ outreach in the community, supporting older neighbours to be involved in our programmes. You will also oversee our volunteer sign-up processes, and lead monthly inductions for new participants to make our network as inclusive and welcoming as possible.

South London Cares is a community network reducing loneliness and isolation amongst older and younger people alike; improving the confidence, belonging, purpose and power of all participants; and bringing people together to bridge the gaps across social, generational, digital, cultural and attitudinal divides.
