About this role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Co-ordinator to join our organisation on a permanent basis. We’re seeking a creative, confident, enthusiastic and proactive team member with experience in a similar role.

The Communications Co-ordinator will provide support to the communications team, with specific responsibility to assist the Communications and Media Manager with the delivery of communications and media relations activities. You will contribute to communications, media and marketing plans to increase awareness of and engagement in Coin Street’s activities (such as Coin Street’s community programmes; family & children’s centre and nursery), as well projects and campaigns on behalf of Coin Street.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and support Coin Street’s digital presence, including our Coin Street website, social media accounts and e-newsletters, ensuring content is up-to-date, accessible and engaging
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing Co-ordinator on communications and marketing initiatives that promote the Coin Street brand and services: producing, distributing and managing Coin Street’s communications and marketing
- Work collaboratively with key internal clients and external partners to provide communications support for the delivery of Coin Street’s Strategy and Programme
- Contribute to communications, media and marketing plans to increase awareness of and engagement in Coin Street’s activities (such as Coin Street’s community programmes; the Coin Street family & children’s centre and nursery), as well projects and campaigns on behalf of the Coin Street group

We have transformed a largely derelict area into a thriving place for people to live, work and visit. We provide the opportunities and spaces for people to lead their own change.
