Local Cleaner/Gardener

Local Cleaner/Gardener required for 15 hours per week at £11.75 per hour.

Duties will be ongoing involving sweeping, cleaning, light maintenance, mowing, weeding and trimming.

New Cut is a fully mutual Housing Co-operative established in 1991 with a central mission to offer affordable rented housing to prospective tenants with a work or family connection with the Waterloo/South Bank area. The Co-op currently has 45 residents currently occupying 2 family houses + 30 other dwellings in 3 x 3 floor buildings. All 3 buildings have lift access and tenant members of the Co-op have access to a communal garden, a Community room for social events and a Guest Room that can be booked for friends and external family members to stay in when visiting residents of the Co-op.
