Account Manager / Trainee Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Account Manager / Account Manager to join our busy and expanding team. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter for this role with a passion for delivering on customer service.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing email & phone communications
• Building relationships with clients & RG teams
• Order processing & project management
• Logistics & stock management
• Finance & billing

The candidate must have proven Microsoft Office skills and be an excellent communicator with the ability and confidence to organise and work to tight deadlines.

We are an established fulfilment company providing storage and logistics solutions to a diverse portfolio of brands from start-ups to multi-nationals.

Starting salary of £18-22k depending on experience
