Office Administrator: to provide high level secretarial, PA and administrative support to a team of people.
Main Responsibilities: Full secretarial and admin support, typing, mail merges, maintaining control databases and petty cash, client liaison, provide reception cover and support to Office Manager.
We are looking for a strong all round administrator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a can-do helpful attitude. You will have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise and have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must have exp. with Word/Excel/Outlook. Audio typing preferred but training can be given.
