Accounts Assistant

Coin Street

Permanent, Part-Time

About this role

Are you looking for a part-time role or job share within a busy finance team for a leading social enterprise based in London’s South Bank? We’re looking for an accounts assistant with experience reconciling and managing supplier and ad hoc payments out of the business, including supplier and internal customer relationship management?

This role is a job share, working two full days per week with a hybrid working location (office and home-based).

Coin Street is a social enterprise working in Waterloo and North Southwark, London SE1 and neighbouring boroughs. From a derelict site in 1984, we’ve created a thriving, diverse, vibrant and welcoming ‘mixed use’ neighbourhood – a place for people to live, work and play.

The Accounts Assistant will provide support to the Finance team, working in accounts payable, processing supplier invoices using our online finance system.

You will have previous purchase ledger and coding experience with a good understanding of accruals and prepayments.
