Are you an enthusiastic and hardworking team administrator with experience working in a customer-facing role? Do you enjoy working as part of a team with an all hands-on deck attitude? Then this role in the heart of the South Bank could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As the Commercial Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the team’s admin such as monitoring all client contracts, documents and payments and handling day to day liaison with exhibitors, tenants and other occupiers of our commercial spaces. You’ll support with enquiries, update handbooks and ensure that databases and systems are kept up to date. You’ll also provide support for meetings by taking notes, distributing agendas, etc.
We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, strong IT and communication skills and a willingness to work flexibly across the team and support clients. Ideally, you’ll have worked in a customer-facing role and have a strong admin background, having dealt with a large variety of enquiries (in person, by phone and/or by email).
