Permanent part or full time role
Providing general office administrative support to an office of 20 staff. Arranging office maintenance and ordering office provisions and consumables.
Arranging office meetings, parties, and events (on average 1 or 2 per week)
Providing the weekly team meeting agenda and updating the resources tracker.
We are seeking someone with a helpful and cheerful nature with good organisational skills and who has experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. We also use Adobe InDesign and HubSpot and a candidate who knows or is willing to learn software like this would be preferable.
Office management experience is desirable but we are willing to train a suitable candidate in any of the skills that maybe required.
Our current assistant will be leaving us in 3 weeks time and we would prefer to have someone lined up to take her position as soon as possible.
Hours are flexible subject to experience but the role is approaching a full time one.
