We’re recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to support the busy and challenging workload of our Deputy Group Director. You will be an enthusiastic and hardworking Executive Assistant with prior experience of providing excellent administrative support at Director level. We are looking for a team player with an ‘all-hands-on-deck’ attitude who enjoys a busy, challenging and varied role.
As the Executive Assistant (EA) to our Deputy Group Director you'll be integral in driving activity and ensuring successful delivery of priorities, projects and workflow within her teams. You'll work closely with the Leadership team and with the other EAs within the Group Director’s Office to ensure smooth delivery and to ensure best practice is shared.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Experience providing EA/PA support at a director level, including effective diary and inbox management
• A proactive self-starter with exceptional organisational and planning skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills and able to work well with colleague to ensure outcomes are achieved
• Excellent IT skills across all Microsoft Office applications
This is a 12-month maternity cover, fixed term contract, working full-time, Monday to Friday, with at least three days (flexibility required) being based in the office (SE1).
