IT Support Officer

We have an exciting opportunity of an IT Support officer to join our IT team. The role will be responsible for providing IT and Audio Visual support to Coin Street and will assist the Senior IT Support Officer and Head of IT in ensuring the smooth running of all IT and AV systems.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

Previous experience working in a similar role with an ICT help desk/support environment.
Experience in installing and configuring computer systems, trouble-shooting system and network problems and hardware maintenance
Knowledge and skills in desktop and end-user application support, MS Office, Windows, networking and active directory administration.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with some flexibility to start and finish earlier where required.
