Senior Nursery Administrator

Coin Street

£31,900 per annum

Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours per week

About this role

Coin Street Nursery has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Nursery Administrator, to join our friendly and committed team. You will provide first-class back-office support to our nursery and ideally be familiar with working in a similar setting, though this is not essential.

Whether it is a trip across the river to Chinatown to celebrate Chinese New Year, visiting our neighbours at the Rambert for a dance workshop in their studios, a science workshop at in the labs at Kings College London or twinning the South Bank Sinfonia with our toddlers for an orchestral experience we tap into the natural curiosity and love of learning our children arrive with.

You will be working in a busy nursery and will provide proactive management of our occupancy across our childcare provision, monitor income and expenditure to ensure we deliver against our agreed budgets and be the first point of contact for families interested in our provision and work with colleagues to find opportunities to improve our systems and processes will be an important part of this role.

Main duties of the Senior Nursery Administrator are:

Proven administration and customer service experience
Financially literate, with an ability to understand and work with budgets
And ideally experience in managing and allocating resources (for example staffing rotas, budget allocations, stock control)
