London Assembly member calls for 20 mph speed limit at Elephant & Castle
A London Assembly member has called on the Mayor of London and Southwark Council to introduce a 20 mph speed limit in the Elephant & Castle area after a 5-year-old boy was killed in a collision with a lorry.
