Transport for London is considering a reduction in the speed limit for traffic at the Elephant & Castle northern roundabout to 20 mph, Mayor of London Boris Johnson said this week.
Police officers investigating a five-week crime spree in Borough and Bankside in which a "substantial number" of windows have been smashed have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to trace.
